The weight plates are made from solid cast iron and compatible with all Olympic (2 inch / 5cm) diameter bars.
Each of them has a hammer-tone painted finish for improved durability and comes with the weight of the individual plate embossed on it.
The plates are built to last and can be used in free weight exercises due to their tri-grip design that makes plate changes much faster. They are suitable for both home and commercial environments.

ALSO, available in the DKN CAST IRON STANDARD WEIGHT PLATES style with similar weight sizes to the Olympic plates.
These great value for money DKN weight plates have a durable and tough cast iron construction and can be used with all standard 1 inch diameter bars.
They have a black finish, as well as a DKN logo and a weight mark for quick identification of a right sized plate.
