Calcium is a mineral commonly  known to benefit out teeth and bones for strength but is also necessary  to aid the functions of our muscles, heart nerve workings.

With diets resulting in reduced calorie content,  a concern arises for reduced calcium being taken in which could lead to greater risk of  bone strength issues.

Absorbing enough calcium in earlier adult years may benefit the later years when the mineral has naturally depleted. Associating with Vitamin D3, Vitamin K and Magnesium is a  strong check-point for consideration.
