Cellulite is a problem that affects Men and Women, although much higher percentages of women are seen being impacted by this condition.

It is caused by fatty deposits building up that are trapped underneath the skin, potentially resulting in the more common known term of an orange-peel effect.

In women the condition is more noticed around the upper thigh or buttocks region.
