Barbells

Barbells are long metal bars with varying size weights added equally to each end. The bar though itself likely weighs a standard 2okg so can be used by itself for some exercises if needed.

Variants include the EZ Curl Bar and Olympic Bar, both designed make specific weight moves more ergonomic with our body’s movements.

They are mainly used in a variety of Weight lifting and Weight training type exercises for strength or muscle building. Body Toning or Calorie burning activities can readily be incorporated though with a Barbell’s use in workouts.
